What makes a sleeve seamless is not a detail - it is the production method. Instead of stitching the edges with thread, we fuse them with ultrasonic welding. No seam means nothing to rub, nothing to itch, nothing to unravel. We run ~6,500 printed units a day in our own Istanbul facility.
Most sleeves on the market are tubes of fabric closed with a stitched seam. That seam is the weakest point of the product: it rubs against the skin, irritates with sweat, and once it unravels the item is finished.
In our ultrasonic department the fabric edges are fused by high-frequency vibration - no thread enters the joint, the fabric itself bonds. The surface touching the skin stays completely flat, and the product does not open up in the wash.
On the cutting side we use eight-wire hot cutting, which seals polyester and knit edges so they do not fray. Camera-guided laser cutting handles pattern-specific shapes.
Most companies selling this product are importers: a container arrives, gets labelled, gets sold. That has one consequence for you - they are locked to the design set in that container. Ask for your own artwork and the answer is no.
We are the manufacturer. Our in-house design department prepares your file; print is not limited by colour count, so photographic detail comes through. Private label is standard, not an exception.
Prints use OEKO-TEX certified inks. The product sits against skin all day - for us that is a compliance matter, not a marketing line.
Our standard pack is 100 pairs: 8 pairs each of 12 designs plus 4 pairs of plain black. That split is not arbitrary - it is the mix that turns over fastest at retail. Minimum order is 1 pack.
For custom print, quantity is quoted per project; if you are running a single design the pack logic changes entirely. Lead time depends on quantity and whether artwork is print-ready.
Send us your artwork, target quantity and delivery date on WhatsApp - we come back the same day with a quote and sampling terms.
It means the tube is closed by ultrasonic welding rather than a stitched seam - no thread enters the joint, the fabric fuses to itself. Many imported products are sold as "seamless" but are in fact stitched. The way to check is simple: turn the sleeve inside out and look for a seam line running the length of the arm.
One pack of 100 pairs (8 pairs each of 12 designs + 4 pairs plain black). For custom-print runs the quantity is quoted per project - if you work with a single design, the pack logic does not apply.
Yes - private label is standard for us. We have an in-house design department that prepares your artwork for print, and our print is not limited by colour count. This is precisely what importers cannot offer.
