View Details →It means the tube is closed by ultrasonic welding rather than a stitched seam - no thread enters the joint, the fabric fuses to itself. The seam is the weakest point of a sleeve: it rubs, irritates with sweat, and once it unravels the product is finished. Many imported products are sold as "seamless" but are in fact stitched; turn the sleeve inside out and look for a seam line running the length of the arm.
We manufacture. Demspor Tekstil runs an integrated facility in Eyüp, Istanbul with ten departments - design through packing, nothing subcontracted. This matters commercially: most companies selling this product are importers, locked to the design set that arrived in the container. We print your artwork.
Our standard pack is 100 pairs (8 pairs each of 12 designs + 4 pairs plain black) and the minimum order is 1 pack. For custom-print runs quantity is quoted per project - if you work with a single design the pack logic does not apply. Lead time depends on quantity and whether the artwork is print-ready; message us on WhatsApp and we come back the same day.
Yes - private label is standard for us, not an exception. Our in-house design department prepares your file for print, and our print is not limited by colour count, so photographic detail comes through. Send your artwork at print resolution and we will confirm feasibility and sampling terms.
Yes. We ship internationally from Istanbul; Türkiye's location makes lead times to Europe considerably shorter than Far East sourcing, and the OEKO-TEX certification on our print is what most EU buyers need for skin-contact textiles.
